How Ayurveda Found Me
In 2016, after years of unexplained symptoms, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and Bartonella. Multiple rounds of antibiotics addressed the infections, but I was left depleted — exhausted, unable to sleep, struggling with digestion, and living with a constantly overstimulated nervous system.
Ayurveda became the path that helped me rebuild. Through nourishing foods, steady daily rhythms, and practices that calm and regulate the nervous system, I gradually restored my energy, digestion, and resilience.
Inspired by this ancient wisdom, I went on to study at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and the Mahatma School of Ayurveda at the Vermont Ayurvedic Center.
With an engineering background from Northeastern University, Ayurveda’s systems-based approach felt like a natural fit. Today, I guide others in using practical Ayurvedic principles to restore balance and support lasting wellbeing.
